Congrats

I found some time to create today, so this is what I came up with. I made this card using the With love and Gracious Greetings Stamp sets. I random stamped the flower image on the Chocolate CS do give it a little more interest. I layered the Amy Butler DP over that and then layered the seniment piece on some Sweet leaf CS after inking the edges with Chocolate ink. The little flowers are from the Mini-Medley Chocolate accents from Spring Catty, with a Colonial White brad holding them in place.

Thanks for taking a look,

Feedblitz saves time

I have a few blogs that I like to frequent, however it's hard to find the time to keep checking to see if they have posted anything new. So I subscribe to their blog and get the posts sent directly to my inbox every time they post. What a time saver. I have the application on my blog as well so if you would like to get my posts sent to your email just enter you email addy in the box and follow the directions. Trust me you will love it.

Cottage Floral

I decided to use some new stamps that I got a while back and make some fun cards. The first one is a vertical open card using Boom-Di-Ada paper, Cottage Floral, Spot on Backgrounds, and Gracious Greetings Stamp sets. Colors are Hollyhock, Olive, Sweet Leaf, Buttercup and White.

This card uses the same Boom-Di-Ada paper and the Gracious Greetings stamp set. I also used some dew drops in Lily Pad. The sentiment is popped out, though you can't tell in the picture.

Thanks for stopping by.

Another Layout....Woohoo

I sat down and made another layout yesterday....I may be on to something. That's 2 of my own done in the same month. It feels really good to finally start whittling down the pile of pictures that I want to scrap. I have completed the journaling but I am waiting till I get my Life's a Jungle Stamp set to add something extra to the page. This is a layout of my daughter who is now almost four. So yea i'm a little behind. LOL

Have a wonderful day,

Amy Butler Card

I had a lot of fun making this card. I found this really pretty Amy Butler DP and I finally did something with it. I made this card using the DP as the base, I folded the one corner up to reveal the patterned base and layered the corner over another piece of the base pattern. Then I layered it with a piece of Sweet Leaf CS that I used the Swiss Dots Emb Folder on. The flower pot is from the With Love D1284 stamp set (June SOTM). I stamped it on Colonial White CS leaving the flower to overhang outside of the box. Then I popped it up using some pop dots. Ink colors used are Sweet Leaf, Crystal Blue, and Grey Wool.

A Day at the Beach

I finally Sat down and got a layout scrapbooked. It's been quite a while since I've done scrapbooking for myself that isn't part of a workshop or class. It was nice to get some pictures put in my album. I designed the layout around my pictures, it turned out pretty good I think. I used papers from the Majestic Blue paper pack. The title is done with the coordinating Stickease. I still have the journaling box to do, but I save those up and do them on the computer, that way I only have to print out one sheet of cardstock.

Enjoy

Black and White

I made these cards a couple weeks ago, so I thought I'd share them. I am in the middle of making a bunch of cards for Welcome Wagon. I'm a sponsor for the baby welcome. I will share those with you when I get finished.
